All soy milk makers and items purchased with a soy milk maker, except for soybeans, ship free to the 48 contiguous US states via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases, delivery will be within 2 to 5 business days from the time your payment has been verified. Customers will not be charged until the product has shipped.

Returns and Order Cancellations

Sanlinx stands behind its 90-day full refund policy  (excluding shipping and handling) for the purchase price of products returned in good condition. The customer must first obtain a return authorization (mostly commonly through email) from Sanlinx or its distributors. The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely in its original box, and in most cases, into a bigger box for better protection. The product must arrive in clean and working condition without damage.

If the customer cancels an order before it is shipped, Sanlinx will credit the total amount, including shipping and handling, to the customer.
