Coconut milk can be made from unsweetened dry coconut shreds or flakes. The heat applied by our soymilk machines helps extract the maximum flavor and richness.
Ingredients
- Dry shredded or flaked coconut
- 2 US Customary cups for SoyaJoy
- 1.5 US Customary cups for SoyaPower
- Water
*Note that the provided measuring cup (called “Sanlinx cup” in the user manual”) equals 1/2 US Customary cup
Instructions
- Add the coconut to the pitcher of your machine
- Fill with water up to between the lines
- For SoyaJoy G5, select “Pureed Soup”. For SoyaJoy G4+ and all other models, select “Porridge”
- Allow cycle to complete
- Strain the milk through a sieve
Tips
- Like most homemade plant milks, coconut milk will separate over time. Simply give the milk a stir to re-mix
