Many tofu box sellers sellers include small packages of artificial “natural” nigari. We provide a full 8 oz package of our own 100% natural Himalayan nigari - magnesium chloride sourced from the ancient Cha'erhan salt lake in the Qinghai-Tibet highlands.

We designed this premium tofu box/press based on our the original SoyaJoy total tofu kit, which was made of pine and cedar. We discovered that bamboo is a far superior material both in strength and stability, and stands up better to water exposure.
